Special Features of the Cultural Heritage of binh Phuoc Province at the Cultural Conference of 2023

(Binh Phuoc Portal) - As part of the 2023 Binh phuoc Provincial Cultural Conference, the Organizing Committee of the conference, Binh Phuoc Provincial Museum, organized a thematic display entitled "Binh Phuoc Cultural Heritage" to serve delegates and visitors.
  More than 170 images, artifacts, documents on object and intangible cultural heritage have been displayed by the provincial museum. With the design of 15 visual panos, the document has introduced the general art form, “the Southern amateur music” is recognized by UNESCO as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and 6 intangible cultural heritage recognized by the Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism and included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. Besides are stone artifacts, copper drums, objects of cultural value, history associated with the working life and activities of the community of peoples who live long in the province.

One of the most precious and prominent cultural heritage exhibited is the National Treasure of Loc Hoa lithophone (the version). This lithophone instrument is made of hornstone material, dating back about 3,000 years. The display of artifacts, images, documents not only to serve delegates and visitors at the conference but also introduce and promote to the public about the typical cultural heritage values of the province.

On this occasion, the provincial library also exhibited about 1,000 books with many genres of books about President Ho Chi Minh - world cultural celebrity, about the location, culture of Binh Phuoc province…
