Loc Ninh awarded 30 sets Loc Hoa Lithophone of  the national treasures

(Binh Phuoc Portal) - In the Morning, November 14, 2023, District Commission - People's Council - People's Committee - Loc Ninh District Fatherland Front Central organized a program to award 30 sets Lithophone version "Loc Hoa Lithophone" to primary schools, junior high schools, high schools in the district.

At the program, the leader of Loc Ninh District awarded 30 symbols of 30 sets Lithophone version of Loc Hoa to primary schools, junior high schools, high schools.

All 30 sets Lithophone are funded by the Commissioner of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Commissioner of Loc Ninh - Mr.Le Truong Son lobbied the unit. The award of the set lithophone - the traditional instrument characteristic, very meaningful in the spiritual cultural life of the people of South Central region and Southeast.

Previously, Loc Ninh District also awarded 4 sets Lithophone to Loc Hiep High Schools, Loc Ninh, Ethinic minority boarding school - junior high school , Primary and junior High School of Loc Hoa on the occasion of the opening of the new academic year 2023-2024.

After receiving, the schools will be participated in training classes, professional fostering, teaching the object culture “skills to use the Lithophone”; along with the activities of exchanges, performing arts, performing in festivals and activities of the district.

On December 25, 2017, the Prime Minister signed the decision to recognize the “Loc Hoa Lithophone” as a national treasure. Loc Hoa Lithophone has 14 bars, crafted from hornstones, dating back over 3,000 years, rated by scientists as having sophisticated, accurate and delicate crafting techniques, with typical value of music, ethnographic, archaeological and historical./.
