Sports Month and Olympic Running Day for Universal Health

According to this, activities corresponding to the sports month and the Olympic Running Day of Universal Health in 2023 combine the cultural and sports activities of each agency, unit or locality: Commune level organized before March 20, district level organized by March 25, provincial level organized on March 26 (Sunday).

The Department of Culture and Sports and Tourism recommends agencies, units and localities to promote propaganda about the benefits and effects of exercise in order to improve physical and mental health, to prevent disease and prevent, and to mobilize people to choose for themselves the right sport for daily exercise so as to create reasonable and lifelong exercise habits for protection and health.
